The Connection at St Martin’s is a registered charity helping homeless people based in Trafalgar Square in London. We are open every day and night of the week and see over 5,000 people every year. We have a proven track record in making a real difference to the lives of homeless people. Our services include a drop-in day centre, street outreach and an emergency night centre for rough sleepers, housing referrals and advice, accredited skills training and job-hunting support, healthcare and specialist support for complex needs.
Through our range of services, we aim to address and resolve the issues faced by homeless people, empowering our clients to rebuild their lives away from the streets and, ultimately, to move towards independence.
Regular Workplace Giving donations mean that we can continue to provide life-changing services to homeless people.
