We’ve changed… we are Arthritis Research UK (formerly Arthritis Research Campaign, arc).

Arthritis Research UK is the charity leading the fight against arthritis.  We’re working to take the pain away for sufferers of all forms of arthritis and helping people to remain active.  We’ll do this by funding high class research, providing information and campaigning.

Everything we do is underpinned by research.

There are currently 10 million of us affected by arthritis in the UK, everyone knows someone who is touched by this crippling condition.  It could be a sister, friend, yourself or even a child.

Based in universities and hospitals across the country researchers are constantly looking for new ways to combat this disease.  We are placing more emphasis on how research results can make life easier for people in everyday ways.
