My View of London – an exciting new photo competition

Fight-for-Sight-Parliment-imageLondon is an amazing and inspiring city. Its beautiful buildings, vibrant street life and secret places to escape provide endless photo opportunities. My View of London, organised by eye research charity Fight for Sight, encourages budding photographers to enter a photo of their favourite view of London for a chance to win some great prizes. 

Supporters of the competition include Fight for Sight patron, Joan Collins OBE, the BBC’s Jeremy Bowen, WBA Heavyweight champion David Haye and art dealer Philip Mould, OBE whose favourite views of London will all be available to view on the competition website.

Entries can be submitted to http://myviewoflondon.org.uk/ until the closing date on 11 June 2010 under the three competition categories: People, Places and Escapes. Prizes include a 3-night stay for two in a penthouse suite in the new Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London hotel.

Fight for Sight funds world-class research into the prevention and treatment of blindness and eye disease.   The charity is the largest in the UK dedicated to funding eye research.
