Get ‘Giving’ to bag your perfect Valentine!

12 February 2010

Valentines-day-love-heartsWhen listing your top ten attributes for a partner, what comes first? Sense of humour? Looks? Well it seems generosity is set to top that list as our recent survey reveals that 62% of people are more attracted to someone who gives to charity.

It seems the pattern is followed in our celeb crushes too. The likes of Johnny Depp, Brad Bitt, and Zac Efron have all given time and money to help worthy causes, and it certainly adds to their appeal that they’re just as attractive on the inside as they are on the outside.

Heart throb Zac Efron supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation and donates his time to meeting children with serious illnesses. High School musical may be one of the most successful Disney films ever but Zac still makes time to give a little back.

Brad Pitt and his wife Angelina donated $1 million to the Haiti earthquake appeal and are well know for their humanitarian efforts for charities across the world. Brad regularly tops the sexiest men charts, could it be that his generosity is just as attractive as his chiseled cheek bones?

Gorgeous Johnny Depp isn’t one to be seen regularly on the celebrity circuit but when he does turn up, he still has the power to make female fans weak at the knees. As if his looks didn’t make him attractive enough already, the x factor has got to be Johnny’s generosity. He donated £1 million to Great Ormond Street after the children’s hospital saved his daughter’s life.

So take note, you may think that getting down to the gym, flexing those muscles and investing in the latest fashion trends will get the girl but giving to charity could be the most powerful aphrodisiac.
