In February 2010, the British Heart Foundation will be launching the BEAT, the first ever national heart health code and lifestyle check…

Be Active, Eat Healthily, Avoid Smoking and Take the lifestyle check.  The BEAT encourages people to take steps to improve their own heart health by taking the free online lifestyle check, available in February 2010.

During National Heart Month, we’re also asking people to be a part of Red for Heart and raise vital funds for our work.  Join National Wear Red Day on Friday 26 February 2010 or choose your own event – anything goes as long as it’s red!  To get involved, simply order our free fundraising kit

There are lots of ways individuals and organisations can support National Heart Month, from holding your own event to helping to promote our activities in publications and online.
