National Heart Month is the British Heart Foundation’s annual campaign to increase awareness of heart and circulatory disease and to raise funds for our research, prevention and care services.
In February 2010, the British Heart Foundation will be launching the BEAT, the first ever national heart health code and lifestyle check…
Be Active, Eat Healthily, Avoid Smoking and Take the lifestyle check. The BEAT encourages people to take steps to improve their own heart health by taking the free online lifestyle check, available in February 2010.
During National Heart Month, we’re also asking people to be a part of Red for Heart and raise vital funds for our work. Join National Wear Red Day on Friday 26 February 2010 or choose your own event – anything goes as long as it’s red! To get involved, simply order our free fundraising kit
There are lots of ways individuals and organisations can support National Heart Month, from holding your own event to helping to promote our activities in publications and online.
Support the British Heart Foundation with a donation from your pay this february.
