The Mace Group is one of the world’s most accomplished consultancy and construction firms and is currently delivering some of the most inspiring projects and programmes around the world.

Mace introduced Workplace Giving in 2001 but by 2007 only 6 out of their 1800 employees were taking part. A new member of Mace’s management team had worked with us previously so following a full CSR Review in 2007, Mace decided to re-launch the scheme with us and we set the joint objective to reach a 10% employee uptake by 2010 following effective workplace promotions of the scheme.

By early 2008 participation levels had already reached 11.6% and an amazing £48,000 per year is now being raised, Mace also topped this up with an additional £20,000 of enhancement.  Stephen Pycroft, Mace’s CEO held a ‘Thank You’ reception following the re-launch for all employees who had become involved and challenged them all to continue to help increase awareness.
