What could be more rewarding than rewards for participating in a rewarding scheme? Reach minimum staff participation rates in Workplace Giving, and the Government Quality Mark Awards will reward your efforts. The Government Quality Mark Awards recognise employers who foster a culture of committed giving in the workplace by promoting Workplace Giving.

Bronze, Silver or Gold?
Bronze Award Recognition for employers with 1% employee participation	Silver Award Awarded to those with 5% employee participation	Gold Award Top marks for employers who achieve 10% employee participation AND either pay the administration charge, enhance donations or show that they have carried out an effective promotion of their scheme.
